Customer’s comment:
These tests made it possible for us to validate the implementation of another technique (“ball shear” usually used in industry) to measure the adhesion of copper on a silicon substrate. We can thus directly compare the adhesion of our copper products on silicon substratum with other techniques of copper deposit on silicon substratum (e.g. PVD, CVD).
